The Urban Development Corporation (d/b/a Empire State Development) and the Job Development Authority (JDA) issue separate audited financial statements encompassing their fiscal year commencing April 1 through March 31. Each June, management presents the respective Board of Directors the audited financial statements for the previous fiscal year.
