In partnership with Governor David A. Paterson and Senate President Malcolm A. Smith, Empire State Development and the NYS Department of Transportation were pleased to host the New York State Summit on Rail Transportation in Albany on June 14, 2010. The Summit brought together public and private agencies and individuals committed to revitalizing New York State’s economy through High Speed Rail (HSR). We intend to put New York on the map as the premier location in the country for rail manufacturing, maintenance and service.
