1024 Fulton Street Mixed-Use Project

In the fall of 2024, NYS Empire State Development (“ESD”) held a series of public workshops to gather feedback on the future development of 1024 Fulton Street, an approximately 12,861 square foot site located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. ESD used the feedback provided by the community to create a Community Visioning Report

In March 2025, ESD issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to redevelop the 1024 Fulton Street site. The Community Visioning Report was included in the RFP as an appendix, requiring proposals to align with community goals.

Following a competitive selection process, a 100% non-profit owned development team comprised of Fifth Avenue Committee (“FAC”), Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation (“BSRC”), and One Brooklyn Health (“OBH”) was selected to redevelop the site.

1024 Fulton Street will feature approximately 125 permanently affordable units ranging from 30-80% AMI; a 27,000 SF intergenerational community center operated by Fort Greene Council; and a 1,000 SF health clinic to be operated by One Brooklyn Health. 1024 Fulton Street will deliver valuable resources for Clinton Hill residents by providing much-needed affordable housing and a hub for community and health services for years to come.
