We are marking the 36th anniversary of New York State’s MWBE Program and pledge to this year’s theme - Solidifying our Future: A Commitment to Expanding Opportunities for MWBEs. It reflects our unwavering dedication to assisting minority and women-owned businesses with securing contracting opportunities with the State of New York.
Join this dynamic one-day event which will bring together MWBEs, NYS agencies and authorities, prime contractors, and other strategic partners to connect MWBEs to business opportunities via NYS contracts.

What to Expect at the 2024 MWBE Forum
PANELS & WORKSHOPS
Sessions will cover topic areas including: small business engagement in mega projects; discretionary opportunities and medium-level projects; capital projects in NYS; insights into the semiconductor industry; obtaining access to capital; and avoiding common pitfalls in NYS MWBE Certification.
EXHIBIT HALL
Networking and relationship building are critical to small business success. The Forum’s exhibit hall will feature New York State agencies and authorities, private companies, business support providers and more!
MATCHMAKING
To better connect MWBEs to aligning contract opportunities and to provide businesses with guidance on building meaningful relationships, vetting of business needs will be conducted as part of the Forum registration and a listing of recommended agencies and private companies will be shared with registrants.
