COVID-19 Capital Costs Tax Credit Program
$250 million in tax credits to provide financial assistance to New York State small businesses burdened with a range of operational costs stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, from structural changes and building upgrades to health-related supplies and materials.
New York City Musical and Theatrical Production Tax Credit
For for-profit productions that will take place on a qualified stage with seating of at least 500 seats. $100 million in tax credits to jump start the entertainment industry and support tourism activity in New York City.
New York State Biodefense Commercialization Fund
A $40 million grant fund to encourage and accelerate the development and commercialization of solutions for serious infectious disease threats.
New York Forward Loan Fund 2
The New York Forward Loan Fund 2 is a $150 million expanded program offering qualifying small businesses and nonprofits access to capital from mission-driven lenders, with loans of up to $150,000 as well as free support services.
