MWBE Report Fraud – Revocation of Certification
Pursuant to §311(3) (h) of the New York State Executive Law, Article 15-A, effective April 4, 2023, the following chart provides records of revocation of certification for convictions for fraudulently misrepresenting the status of an MWBE or for evidence of fraudulent conduct with regard to participation of an MWBE in the performance of State contracts:
