The College of New Rochelle has designated 20,334 square feet of vacant space on its main campus in New Rochelle. The College will target businesses in high technology, with high growth potential and capacity for generating employment in areas including biotechnology, information technology, re-manufacturing, advance materials and engineering or electric products.

Cornell University has designated over 200,000 square feet of vacant space both on and off campus. The school is targeting businesses that fit within several industry areas that align with the University’s academic programs, including advanced materials, agriculture, bioengineering, genetics, life sciences, and manufacturing.

Corning Community College has designated 165,507 square feet of vacant space off-campus. The college will target businesses involved with advanced manufacturing, Smart Energy, e-Commerce and Healthcare.
