SUNY College at Fredonia designated 45,290 square feet of on campus space, including space at the Fredonia Technology Incubator in Dunkirk (16V), 4.13 acres of vacant land on campus and 15,630 square feet of off campus space at a light manufacturing facility in the Town of Westfield and 1.86 acres of off campus vacant land at Lakeshore Drive in Dunkirk. Fredonia is targeting agribusiness, technology, Lake Erie research and development and educational tourism.

Fulton-Montgomery Community College (FMCC) is designating 2,270 square feet of vacant campus space and 150 acres of vacant campus land. They are also designating 1,000 square feet of off campus vacant space, for a total of 3,270 square feet and 150 acres. FMCC will target high tech manufacturers, manufacturer/suppliers to nanotechnology companies, high tech agribusiness/food processors, high tech distribution facilities and startup businesses.

Genesee Community College (GCC) has designated 433.96 acres of vacant land at Crossroads Commerce Park, Dansville Industrial Park, Western New York Science Technology Advance Manufacturing Park, Genesee Valley Agri-Business Park, Upstate MedTech Park and the Batavia Campus as well as 22,091 square feet of vacant space at the Dansville Campus and Upstate MedTech Park. The college will target businesses in agribusiness, advanced manufacturing, technology, energy development (bio-digesters and advanced energy management systems) and agricultural research.

Hartwick College has designated 50,000 square feet of vacant land on campus. The school will target businesses that fit within several of the core research areas of the college, including biomedical research, environmental research, geotechnical research, health care research and technology, as well as industries in agriculture and food (hops cultivation and processing), bioengineering, renewable energy development, arts production and business marketing.

Herkimer County Community College (HCCC) has designated 473.7 acres of vacant campus land in the Village of Herkimer and 14,953.5 square feet of vacant off campus space in a renovated mill building in the Town of Herkimer. The college will target businesses in cyber security, computer information systems, crime and intelligence analysis, manufacturing, science, agribusiness and communication and media arts.

Hofstra University has designated of 441 square feet of vacant space within the Library at ideaHUb and 2,621 square feet of space on campus land at Oak Street Center.  Hofstra University will partner with high technology businesses including Information technology (social/mobile/digital technologies, software companies and big data companies); clean energy; biotechnology; engineering/advanced materials; food technology; digital film technologies.
