Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) has designated over 200,000 square feet and 11.25 acres of space both on and off campus. HVCC will target businesses in biotechnology and other emerging technologies, advanced manufacturing, alternative energy, and computer science.

Iona College has designated 6,890 square feet in McSpendon Hall and 2,199 square feet in Hagan Hall for a total of 9,089 square feet of on campus vacant land at 715 North Ave, New Rochelle. Additionally they have designated 50,000 square feet of off campus vacant space at 2 Blue Hill Plaza in Pearl River, Rockland County. Iona will target businesses in large data driven analytics.

Keuka College has designated 2,530 square feet of off-campus space in the Keuka Business Park. The college has targeted businesses in the areas of software development, business analytics, healthcare informatics and technology, agribusiness, environmental science and technology and biomedical sciences.

Long Island University designated 6,721 square feet of vacant space on campus at Bush Brown Hall at the Brookville Campus. LIU will seek high technology businesses including technology & technology-related businesses; High-tech manufacturing; High-tech environmental sustainability enterprises.
