New York Medical College designated 11,800 square feet of on campus vacant space at the BioInc@NYMC incubator in Valhalla. Targeted businesses include new and emerging businesses engaged in the design, development, introduction and manufacturing of new technologies including, bioinformatics, medical devices, vaccines, chemical compounds, biological and software/medical applications.

New York University (NYU) has designated incubator space located at 370 Jay Street in New York County. In order to be sponsored by NYU for the Start-Up NY program, businesses must first be accepted into one of its incubators - either the Data Future Lab, the Digital Future Lab, or ACRE . NYU targets high-tech businesses or businesses in the formative stage of development, including digital media, clean tech, healthcare IT, cyber security, financial technology, information technology, education technology and mobile applications.

Niagara University has designated 9,409 square feet of vacant space on campus and 15,000 square feet of vacant land on campus for a total of 24,409 square feet. The university will align, in part, with the strategic investment areas of the NYS Regional Economic Development Council (REDC), such as hospitality and tourism, health and life sciences, advanced manufacturing, advanced technology.
