Monroe Community College (MCC) has designated 9,045 square feet off campus space and 34.06 acres of undeveloped land at the MCC Building in Rochester and within MCC’s property in Brighton and Henrietta. The school is targeting businesses in the information systems, computing, optics, allied health, agriculture, homeland security and advanced manufacturing industries.

Mount Saint Mary College has designated 21,408 square feet of  office space and warehouse space in Newburgh as well as a 0.1 acre lot (4,356 square feet). Targeted businesses include educational and training products, new educational delivery platforms, health and fitness products and software, healthcare business intelligence and analytics products, medical device development and testing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, market research in social, health and educational areas, bio-tech, green products, agricultural and food production, media products, integration of fitness, education and life science business opportunities, integration of environmental sciences and business opportunities.

New York Institute of Technology Old Westbury Campus has designated 3,772 ft2 of vacant space within the Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation Center (ETIC) space located within the Engineering and Computing Science building, Harry Schure Hall. The ETIC is comprised of 8,000 ft2 including academic working and laboratory space, conference and training rooms, auditorium and a dedicated Data Center. NYIT will seek to partner with high technology businesses including: IT & cyber security; Bioengineering & health analytics; Energy & green technologies; High-tech manufacturing; High-tech environmental sustainability enterprises.
