State University College at Buffalo has designated 158,870 square feet of off-campus space. The school will target businesses in the following industries: Digital technology and management; food technology; advanced manufacturing; digital and non-digital arts; blue economy-related enterprise; environmental planning and design; engineering technology; and data management.

Canisius College has designated 45,200 square feet in Science Hall and 4,216 square feet in Demerly Hall on campus. Targeted businesses include health and life sciences; chemical industry; advance manufacturing; information technology; biotechnology; software development; alternative/sustainability technologies and robotics.

Cayuga Community College has designated 4,385 square feet of vacant office space on campus at the James T. Walsh Regional Economic Development Center, and 1.07 acres of vacant land on campus in Auburn, NY, at property owned by the Institute for the Application of Geospatial Technology (IAGT). The mission of IAGT, an affiliate of the college, is to bring innovative Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology to the community and the world. Targeted businesses include those involved with the commercial application of geospatial technology and mapping, manufacturing, information technology, telecommunications and technical theater production.

Clarkson University has designated 28,000 square feet in its downtown campus. The university will target businesses focused on high technology, including web development, nanoscience, materials and sustainable technologies. Recognizing the unique assets of the geography surrounding the campus and the protected Adirondack Park landscape, Clarkson will also seek to leverage its environmental and energy expertise to support value-adding business models that take natural resources such as produce, farm products and wood production for export.

Clinton Community College has designated 30,034 square feet of vacant space both on and off campus. The school will target the following industries: Advanced manufacturing, Industrial technology, Computer technology, Transportation manufacturing, Renewable energies, and Environmental technologies.
