CUNY Bronx Community College designated 27,675 square feet of vacant space and 2.2 acres of vacant land on campus in the Bronx. The college will target hi-tech businesses or businesses in the formative stages of development, including those involved with information technology, biotechnology and/or biomedical device development, automotive technology, manufacturing technology, engineering technology, material science and nanotechnology and related businesses, medical technological methods (pharmaceuticals), and sustainability/energy conservation and emissions reduction businesses.

The City College of New York, the oldest College in the CUNY system, has designated 15,243 square feet of vacant space and .55 acres of vacant land on its Harlem campus. The college will focus on securing partnerships in the areas of hi-tech businesses or businesses in the formative stages of development including those involved with biomedical technology, energy, sustainability, and photonics.

CUNY College of Staten Island designated 22,286 square feet of vacant space and 10.70 acres of vacant land on campus on Staten Island. The college will target hi-tech companies and businesses in the formative stages of development related to technology and research and data analytics.
