The Victoria Theater redevelopment project consists of the restoration and redevelopment of the historic Victoria Theater on Harlem’s 125th Street.  The project entails restoring the theater’s historic façade and lobby along with constructing a new 27-story mixed-use, mixed-income development that will house a Marriott Renaissance Hotel, a cultural arts facility, affordable housing, retail, and parking. The cultural arts facility will feature two black-box theaters, with 99 and 199 seats, to be managed by the Apollo Theater Foundation. The project, which is under construction, is expected to create approximately 373 permanent jobs.
