Objective

Oath’s Community Benefit Fund for Niagara County - Empire State Development was created in 2015 in  an agreement between Oath and Empire State Development to establish a customer care and data center in Niagara County.  The  fund further connects Oath to the community through Oath's receipt of New York State’s Excelsior Jobs Program tax credits and  an allocation of low-cost  hydropower from the New York Power Authority.
